It was an incident which happened centuries before the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire at the Legislature Building in Coronet City on the planet Corellia Corellia Planet . During a passionate debate about subsector zoning bypass regulations, an angry Councilor named Brecourl Brecourl Character Minor Characters (TOR) challenged Chairman Durand Durand Character Minor Characters (TOR) to a duel in front of the rest of the Council - a duel that Durand won. The incident was famously remembered as the only time someone had been killed on the floor of the Legislature Building.
